PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is interested in an opportunity to expand their project management skillset by working on exciting mega projects in the Seattle area.

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and fulfilling our clients’ objectives. Responsibilities include:
  • Provide project controls coordination.
  • Work across project teams and leaders to gather reporting data and integrate into project reports.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings logistics, and support execution.
  • Record and report meeting notes and distribute as directed.
  • Manage project documents and files, including reviewing, formatting and file system management.
  • Work closely with project teams on multiple tasks.
  • Interface with clients in a professional manner.
  • Track and report on project metrics, including budgeting, schedule, workloads, etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • Be located within the Greater Seattle Area, or able to relocate.
  • Be able to work in-office 3-4 times per week.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Strong Power BI skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills of the English language.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to apply appropriate communication techniques to various audiences.
  • Ability to be organized, accurate, and timely.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize the daily workload to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, project management and/or project controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in maintaining and processing construction documents.
  • Ability to support in the daily functions of project construction management office.
  • Experience within the A/E/C industry.
  • Knowledge of public works contracting.
